Villaggio San Paolo is located in the heart of Cavallino-Treporti, just a few metres from the sea and surrounded by the nature of the lagoon landscape.

Location: Cavallino-Treporti. Punta Sabbioni is 7.4 km away. Venice is only 30 minutes by boat. The beautiful islands of Burano, Murano and Torcello are also nearby. Not far from here is the island of Sant'Erasmo, known as “ Venice vegetable garden”.
Do not miss Via dei Forti, an open-air museum route among historical-military fortifications and batteries. Once an important front during the First World War, today it offers a glimpse of the Venetian lagoon. Inside the Village you can visit the Radaelli Battery, a small museum that also hosts special culinary events.
You can also explore Lio Piccolo, a small micro-ecosystem of islets, lagoons and sandbanks.

Beach: direct access to the long golden beach of fine sand, free or equipped with parasols and sun loungers (bookable in advance or on site). No architectural barriers: equipment and aids for accessing the beach and entering the water. Raised sunbeds with accessible seats. Children's area, beach volleyball and beach soccer. In high season, aquagym and muscle toning courses.

Entertainment: daytime and evening entertainment for children and teenagers in high season. For children: kids' club, beach playground and inflatable play area (only open in the evening, extra charge). Evening entertainment with shows, music and dancing at the brand new theatre. Basketball, football, five-a-side football, volleyball and boules court. Table tennis.

Bar and Restaurants: Restaurant and Pizzeria Bellavista, Bar and Snack al Timone with ice cream parlour.

Market: minimarket with beach items.

Services: wifi, bike and veloplus hire, infirmary with medical assistance in high season, launderette, boat landing, barbecue areas, info-point, excursions in the area, accessible shuttle bus to Cavallino-Treporti.

Cars, bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the village. Vehicles may only approach the accommodation for unloading/loading luggage on the day of arrival/departure, respecting the 10 km/h limit. All vehicles have to be parked in the parking area around the perimeter of the Village (unattended parking).

Confirmation of ground-floor accessible accommodation is subject to availability. The request has to be made during booking.

Check-in: accommodation units are available from 16:30 until 21:00 and have to be left by 10:00. You can check in from 8:00 a.m. and enter the Village, leaving your car in the outdoor car park until you receive the keys. For arrivals after 9:00 p.m. it is compulsory to inform reception in advance: a document has to be left with the night watchman, which can be collected the following morning when checking in.

Check-out: on departure, accommodations have to be left tidy, the kitchen area clean with the fridge switched on and already defrosted, preferably the day before. No rubbish should be left and any rented linen should be placed in a bag. The key to the accommodation has to be returned to reception by 10:00 a.m. on changeover days (Saturday and Sunday) at counter no. 5. In the event of failure to comply with at least one of the listed instructions, charges of €50.00 may be charged even after departure has already taken place.

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs or pet-therapy dogs (the latter subject to documentation from the attending doctor). The presence of the authorised dog has to be declared during check-in. At check-out, €30.00 will be charged for disinfection of the premises.
