Campsite holiday
Finally it’s time for you to enjoy your holiday with us!
First of all we wish you a very enjoyable stay. In order to make your and other client’s holiday enjoyable we ask you to read and observe the following instructions.
If these guidelines are observed you will be able to camp safely and with peace of mind.

If these guidelines are observed you will be able to camp safely and with peace of mind.
- Respect all the equipment in your accommodation and use the outside furniture for its proper use. Do not cut on the table or the plastic tray, use the chopping board.
- Do not take blankets or pillows outside, otherwise a fee will be applied.
- Leave the mattresses on the beds inside where they belong.
- Keep all sweets and sugary foods covered or in the fridge to prevent ant infestation.
- The day before your departure please defrost and clean the fridge, turning it back on before you leave.
- Wash and dry all the kitchen equipment, leave the sink dry and return the equipment to the cupboards, clean the cooker hob and the gas rings.
- Clean and dry the bathroom, toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
- Clean the patio furniture.
- Clean the Barbeque, grill and cooking plates.
- Please tell us immediately if you break any equipment so that we can replace it.
- To help with your cleaning there are products available for your use at the reception tent.
- Your Park Manager will check your accommodation before you leave to ensure that it is clean and nothing is broken. It is advisable to arrange a time for checking out, the day before your departure. Check out will be between the hours of 07.00 and 10.00. Under no circumstances can a deposit be returned prior to check out.
SMOKE ALARMS
The mobile home is a non-smoking area and this rule MUST be observed at all times.
DO NOT remove the battery from the smoke alarm (if it is beeping intermittently the battery needs replacing, contact your Park Manager who will replace it for you).
FIRE
In the event of fire, the first priority is to evacuate everyone safely and raise the alarm – contact the campsite reception and your Park Managers as soon as possible.

Fire Exits:
- The main door;
- Sliding window in main bedroom;
- Sliding window in bedrooms;
- Sliding window in lounge area;
- Sliding window mosquito nets need to be pushed out to aid escape.
Fire Equipment provided:
- Fire blanket;
- Fire extinguisher, or both.
Fire Precautions
- Do not leave the cooker unattended at any time whilst the gas is alight.
- When cooking, please take care not to splash hot fat or oil.
- Take particular care not to overheat cooking oil or fat.
- In the event of a fat or oil catching fire:
- Turn off the gas flame
- Do not move the pan
- Cover the pan with a lid (if available), and the fire blanket
- Evacuate and raise the alarm
- Do not use the supplied fire extinguisher on a fat/oil fire – USE THE FIRE BLANKET!
- Do not allow children to play with the cooker, or with lighters or matches anywhere in the mobile home.
- Never allow naked flames in the bedroom compartments (e.g. lighters, matches, candles etc.).
Barbecue Safety
- If you light a barbecue, please ensure that it is well away from the mobile home.
- DO NOT add flammable liquids to a barbecue!
- If you smell gas, report this immediately to your Park Managers.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY REMINDERS
- DO NOT use electrical appliances near water.
- DO NOT place items over the electric heater.
- If you suspect a problem with any electrical appliance, TURN IT OFF and report to your Park Managers immediately.
GENERAL SAFETY REMINDERS
- DO NOT cover any of the air vents. They are provided to ensure adequate ventilation.
- DO NOT leave any food-based rubbish outside the mobile home as this attracts vermin.
- MAKE YOURSELVES AWARE of your campsite’s nearest evacuation points in case of emergency.

YOUR SAFETY ON THE TERRACE
If your mobile home is provided with a covered or semi-covered terrace, we kindly ask you to enjoy it properly.
- Please do not use substances that may damage the wood and do not set fire on the terrace.
- Mind the steps, especially if you travel with kids.
- Close the terrace gate to better look after your kids or pets.
- Wear proper shoes in case the surface is slippery (e.g. due to rain).
