in accordance with the regulations of Art. 13 D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196, we provide you with the following information about the processing of your personal data, which were given to HappyCamp S.p.a., in order to provide you with the requested services.
Furthermore we inform you that data are processed in accordance with the D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196 and the secrecy obligations there stated. 

1) Purposes and modalities of personal data collection. 
Personal data provided by you during the subscription phase to HappyCamp S.p.a. services, or collected later on, during the use of the a.m. services, will be used for following purposes: 
• to provide diverse kind of information;
• to provide with information concerning the availability of the facilities selected by the users; 
• to send the resort catalogue, on specific request. 
The collected data are those necessary to accomplish the a.m. purposes.
The data are processed by electronic, automated and paper means, in accordance with the regulations stated in D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196.

Data's communication 

The data can be used by the employee's of HappyCamp S.p.a. offices, to accomplish the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data's processing and have been instructed accordingly; furthermore they are operating under the direct supervision and authority of the “Data's Responsible”.

The data can be transferred to:

• single facilities that the user chose to contact and provide directly the requested information; 
• the company that is in charge of sending the catalogue;
• the provider.

To those entities, HappyCamp s.p.a. transfers as well the a.m. purposes and modalities of data's processing. 

Data's sharing

No form of data's sharing with third parties is conceived. 

Data's storage

In observance with the regulations in force and in accordance with D.Lgs 196/03 regulations and following modifications, the data concerning the automated flow (data concerning the location and the internet connection - c.d. log in file) are stored for six (6) months for invoicing or payment reasons (in case of payment services), as stated in art. 123 of the a.m. D.Lgs 196/03 and its following modifications. The period starts from the invoice's due date.

Denial or withdrawal to process data

Providing your data is an obligation to reach the a.m. purposes; the lack of, the partial or incorrect consent or the withdrawal of the consent to process your data, could lead to the impossibility to supply the services you requested. 

2) Additional purposes and modalities of personal data processing 

On explicit consent and upon withdrawal of the same, your personal data can be processed either directly or by third parties – this also by implementing several long distance or automated communication means (e-mail, telephone, automated call system or telefax); beyond the reasons listed in point 1) of the present communication, also for purposes that are not directly connected with the issuing of the requested services: 

a) potential hiring in one of the associated facilities; 
b) sending via sms, e-mail and/or phone, of advertising, informative or promotional material; 
c) sale's activities or direct and indirect placing trough several selling channels; 
d) interactive commercial communications;
e) initiatives to promote products/services of third companies; 
f) statistics, studies and market research. 
The consent to data's processing, with reference to purposes listed in point 2) is not necessary; in case of your denial; HappyCamp s.p.a. will treat your data only for the purposes listed in point 1).
Data's processing unfolds by several electronic, automated and paper means, in accordance with the regulations of the D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196.

Data's transfer for additional purposes. 

Personal data processed for purposes displayed in point 2) can be used by the employees of HappyCamp S.p.a. in order to achieve the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data's processing and received an adequate operational training; furthermore they are working under direct authority of the “Data's responsible”. 
Beside the employees of HappyCamp S.p.a., part of the processing of your personal data with reference to the purposes of point 2), could be also carried out by third parties, located in Italy and/or abroad, which HappyCamp S.p.a. appointed with the supply of some activities or partial steps that are necessary to deliver the a.m. services. In this case the involved subjects will act like independent owners or will be defined as “in charge of” or “appointed with” the processing. The responsible or appointed parties will receive adequate training, especially concerning the requested, minimum security measures, to guarantee data's security and secrecy. The mentioned third parties basically refer to following categories: debs recovering companies, data processing centres with ref. to invoicing, consultants companies, companies that are transferring the credits, companies in charge of telemarketing or call centre activities, agents and promoters, franchisee.

Data's sharing for additional purposes 

Data's sharing is not contemplated in any form.

The owner and the responsible party of data's collection and secrecy

The data's owner is HappyCamp S.p.a., the responsible for data's collection and to guarantee their secrecy is the President of HappyCamp S.p.a.
