The campsite: it is ideally located directly on the lake, between the enchanting town of Sirmione, with its two thermal spas, famous throughout Europe, and the lively town of Desenzano, famous for its numerous bars, restaurants and clubs. This family-run campsite is shaded by tall trees and is equipped with all the modern comforts, including sports facilities and a splendid swimming pool with three lagoons, Jacuzzi and water attractions. An animation team entertains its guests with pleasant activities and shows.
Beach: a free, 300 m long, grassy and pebbly beach bordered by tall trees, with direct access from the campsite.
Swimming pool: a swimming pool for both adults and children, with three lagoons (0,60 m, 1,10 m and 1,40 m deep), Jacuzzi, water features. Parasols and sun beds available by the poolside. The pool is accessible to disable people because it is equipped with a special lift. Pool open from 10.05 to 15.09. Swimming caps compulsory.
Animation and sporting activities: activities for children (Mini Club with a wide entertainment programme) and for adults (daytime activities, sports tournaments and aqua gym), theme nights, live music and evening entertainment. There is also a playground for children.
5-a-side football, volleyball, basketball; table tennis. Available at an extra cost: tennis court; games room; buoy and boat hire. Sports equipment available for waterskiing. Golf course at 10 km, mini golf at 3 km.
Bars and restaurants: restaurant, pizzeria, take-away, bar, snack bar, ice-cram parlour.
Shops: supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, souvenir shop.
Services: launderette, internet wi-fi, games room, boat ramp, boat mooring pier.
Important Information: for security reasons, it is compulsory to wear a campsite identification bracelet at all times during your stay.
Mobile home: water, gas, electricity, heating, 1 parking space.
To inform at the time of booking: Linen hire, reservation of cots and/ or
high chairs, 5th and 6th person.
To pay on site: cot and high chair, €2.00 per item, per day, air conditioning €4,00 per day, tourist tax.
Deposit: €100, in cash, payable on arrival.
Linen: not offered as standard but can be ordered at time of booking at Happy Camp tariff.
Final cleaning: you must leave the accommodation clean or we will deduct €30 from your deposit.
Parking: 2nd car can be parked at the main entrance to the campsite at campsite tariff.
Swimming pool: swimming caps are compulsory.
Arrival and departure: your accommodation will be available from 16:00 on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure.
Barbecues: charcoal barbecues are allowed.

in Sirmione (about 4 km) and Desenzano del Garda (5 km) it is possible to catch the ferries to reach the other towns of Lake Garda. Gardaland Park is about 12 km away. Verona (about 40 km) is easily reachable whether you choose to travel by car or by bus.
Take the SS11 Milano-Venezia or the A4 motorway Milano-Venezia. Take the exit at Sirmione (partial toll road) and follow directions for Camping San Francesco which is 300m on the right after the large Sirmione roundabout, direction Brescia.

Happy Standard Mobile Home
Our newer range, the Standard is light and spacious, with a look that is both modern and comfortable which is sure to make you feel at home. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom that can sleep a minimum of 2 adults and 1 child. The design of the small bedroom may vary from campsite to campsite.
The kitchen area has a refrigerator, with a small chiller compartment, a 4-ring gas hob and adequate electrical points. The seating area can be used as additional sleeping space. Inventory is provided for 6 persons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and WC. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Comfortable garden furniture with table, chairs, parasol, 2 sun-loungers and a barbecue (if permitted by the campsite) are situated outside the mobile home.
