The campsite: situated in the Maremma, in the middle of the Orbetello WWF Oasis, and surrounded by Mediterranean nature, the campsite is a short walk from a gold sandy beach with clear water and a gently sloping seabed. Endowed with numerous amenities, like a newly constructed pool area (new in 2012) with children’s pool, a semi-Olympic pool, and a Jacuzzi. The campsite offers many outdoors activities, like horseback riding, snorkelling and sailing. The animation team organizes many activities and shows which will make your stay all the more enjoyable.

Beach : fine sandy with sloping seabed. Free and equipped with parasols and seabeds ( available at an extra cost) , 70mt away from the campsite reachable by crossing a street.

Swimming pool : children’s pool, semi-olimpic pool, Jacuzzi. Pool bar.

Animation and sport activities : activities for children ( Mini Club, tournaments, beach games, baby dance ) and for adults ( acqua gym, morning excercise classes) theme nights, dancing nights , evening shows and cabaret from June to September. Playground on site.

Sports court for 5 –a- side football and beach volley. Available at an extra cost : windsurf, kitesurf,diving, snorkelling and sailing lessons; fishing ,horse riding and golf.

Bars and restaurants : pizzeria-restaurant, take away,bar

Shops : market, newsagent,t obacconist, bazaar.

Services : launderette, internet wi-fi, doctor (only on stated times in July and August), boat mooring.

Important Information: Mopeds and cars are not permitted to circulate on site. For security reasons, it is compulsory to wear a campsite identification bracelet at all times during your stay.

Mobile home (included in price): water, gas, electricity, heating,1 parking space.
To inform at the time of booking: Linen hire, reservation of cots and/or high chairs, 5th and 6th person.
To pay on site: cot and high chair, €2.00 per item, per day, air-conditioning €4,00 per day, tourist tax.
Deposit: €100, in cash, payable on arrival.
Linen: not offered as standard but can be ordered at time of booking at Happy Camp tariff.
Final cleaning: you must leave the accommodation clean or we will deduct €30 from your deposit.
Swimming pool: swimming caps are compulsory.
Arrival and departure: your accommodation will be available from 16:00 on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure.
Barbecues: not allowed.

on the “ tombolo della Gianella “ 10 km away from the Maremma Natural Reserve. Only 8 km from the Argentario Mount and its famous ports of Santo Stefano and Ercole. Not far from the towns of Tarquinia ( about 65 km) , Sovana ( about 56 km), Saturnia ( 52 km) know for its spa.

Our newer range, the Standard is light and spacious, with a look that is both modern and comfortable which is sure to make you feel at home. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom that can sleep a minimum of 2 adults and 1 child. The design of the small bedroom may vary from campsite to campsite.

The kitchen area has a refrigerator, with a small chiller compartment, a 4-ring gas hob and adequate electrical points. The seating area can be used as additional sleeping space. Inventory is provided for 6 persons. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and WC. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Comfortable garden furniture with table, chairs, parasol, 2 sun-loungers and a barbecue (if permitted by the campsite) are situated outside the mobile home.
